Validierung Einstellungen

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mein Coding über Tidy gecheckt und bekomme dort "nur" zwei Warnungen/Fehler angezeigt.
Bei dem Versuch die Seite über MarkUp Validation Service (http://validator.w3.org/) zu validieren bekomme ich immer nur diese Meldung:
I was not able to extract a character encoding labeling from any of the valid sources for such information. Without encoding information it is impossible to validate the document. The sources I tried are:

The HTTP Content-Type field.
The XML Declaration.
The HTML "META" element.
And I even tried to autodetect it using the algorithm defined in Appendix F of the XML 1.0 Recommendation.

Since none of these sources yielded any usable information, I will not be able to validate this document. Sorry. Please make sure you specify the character encoding in use.

Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?
Die Adresse lautet: www.eventtechnik-weishaupt.de - ist noch nicht fertig und nur teilweise upgeloadet.
Gibt es eigentlich eine Möglichkeit nicht upgeloadete Seiten offline zu Validieren? - also offline ist bei einer Flat ja sowieso egal - Ihr wisst schon was ich meine.

Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe muß ich in meinem Fall über CSS dem "body" 100% zuweisen ...

und auch dem entsprechenden tabletag, bzw. den td?

Per CSS brauchst du nur dem table die Höhe zuweisen.
Wie gesagt, in HTML gibt's kein height für table,
in CSS jedoch schon.
